The objective of the executive design is to create details for a building in concrete and glass completely passive. Every detail has been designed to give the effect of a massive tectonic to the concrete without sacrificing aspects of sustainability. Concrete seems continuous between inside and outside but it is only an effect of good design. Details in plan and section revealing the real stratigraphy .

Preliminary study for nine villas in a private park overlooking the public garden. The project solves the problem of density and proximity of buildings through a system in the chessboard. Each framework is divided into two along the diagonal, half house, half garden.
