Preliminary study for nine villas in a private park overlooking the public garden. The project solves the problem of density and proximity of buildings through a system in the chessboard. Each framework is divided into two along the diagonal, half house, half garden.

The other main feature of the project is related to the volume. The choice of the tetrahedron optimizes the entry of light and air in the area and allows each unit to sight the public garden. The tetrahedron has a double identity building. The cathetuses are facing north, completely opaque and dedicated to entry and operating rooms. To the south east instead the hypotenuse is a large window overlooking the private garden collection within the setting proposed by building around.
