The Energy District aims to set up a possible urban composition, buildings /complex city, that  has in itself the right degree of mixité functional enough to act as a center of innovation sustainable and green economy, without sacrificing a strong character of iconicity, possibly appropriate to the monumental setting environment enjoyed by the Valley Aterno.

The building summarizes in an exemplary way the potential of sustainability reached with actual technologies and architectural features. It also produces a hyper-place capable of condensing in itsef the mountain experience with the services and the mingling of their city.

The design philosophy is careful to generate, in the highest seismic safety, a gesture of confidence in man’s ability to control complex and daring buildings.
