The Ancillotto site is perceived as a mixed-use project to meet the present housing requirements of the region. In the process of design a great emphasis was laid to derive optimal functional combinations that can generate not only an economically feasible proposal, but also to fi nd means and ways to reach higher sustainable models.

The Sport Center caters to a wide range of functions; from guest house, bar, restaurant, retail outlets, spa and gymnasium to sporting vocation.

The project is located in the park of a historical villa in the city centre of Oderzo near Treviso, Italy. The design brief was explored as a pavilion house, to achieve a flexible character between a guest house and a showroom.
