The objective of the executive design is to create details for a building in concrete and glass completely passive. Every detail has been designed to give the effect of a massive tectonic to the concrete without sacrificing aspects of sustainability. Concrete seems continuous between inside and outside but it is only an effect of good design. Details in plan and section revealing the real stratigraphy .

Our plot lies on the boundary between YangJiang city and its surrounding landscape, in a new residential and leisure area currently under development. The task is to give the city a new park, linking the lake and nearby nature to the city, and a brand new five-star hotel.
